How does the free trial work?

Add a card to start a 7-day free trial that includes one video. Nothing is charged today. If you keep your plan, your card is charged its monthly price when the trial ends (at most $50 for Creator or $80 for Professional), and you get five or ten videos every billing month. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Creator or Professional?

Both include the same edits and deliverables. Creator is five videos a month; Professional is ten, at a lower price per video. Choose a plan when you start your free trial.

What counts as one video?

One accepted edit uses one video credit and covers a source section of up to five hours. Upload a longer VOD and choose the section you want AquaEdits to edit.

What do I receive?

A finished MP4 with effects and captions, ready to upload. You can choose an editable project instead: your cut timeline, source media, and audio for Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Creator includes five videos per billing month and Professional ten. Unused credits do not roll over. If processing fails, the credit returns to its original billing period.

Can I start my plan before my trial ends?

Yes. Choose Start Creator now (or Start Professional now) in your studio. Your card is charged your monthly price right away and your monthly videos unlock immediately.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the Stripe billing portal in your studio. Cancel during the free trial and you won't be charged. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and your previous edits stay available.

When should I choose Enterprise?

Talk to us if you need more than ten videos a month, manage multiple creators, or want to discuss a custom editing workflow. We will scope volume, requirements, and pricing together.
